All prices reflect the amount of time it takes to complete each piece to the highest degree of quality.
Progress reports will be provided throughout the drawing process including screenshots at milestones and upon request. Please inform me of where you would like to receive these progress reports.
You may contact me freely to ask any questions you may have. As I live in the UK, responses may not be immediate but generally within 24 hours.

Special exceptions can be made if you can only use PayPal. Please contact me.☾ For personal use only; commercial use incurs a fee. Please see below for details.

deadlines and delivery

Delivery times will be discussed when ordering but turnaround is generally 2-4 weeks. You will be directly informed of any changes to your delivery time and updates can be given upon request.

rush fee

Rushed service is available for a 20 USD flat rate on most services and at my discretion on large orders. Finished product will be delivered within 2 weeks.Please inquire if service faster than 2 weeks is required. This may be available at my discretion for a fee depending on the timeframe.

edit policy

Any significant change requests made AFTER you approve an initial sketch will incur a fee depending on the complexity of the change.

These changes include but are not limited to:
☾ Pose, Outfit, and Hairstyle Changes
☾ Major Compositional Changes
☾ Any change that requires lineart adjustments AFTER flat colours have been added.

refunds

No refunds will be given after I begin creating your artwork. If there's an issue please contact me!

printing

Permission is required before printing my artwork in any form. Please consult with me before creating any prints. Personal use only. Commercial use is subject to my commercial use policy.

commercial use policy

Any commission made for the purpose of commercial use as defined by the purpose of monetary gain is subject to a commercial use fee. This includes streaming, merchandise, publication, etc.

Standard Commercial Use fee is currently +100%.

I, the artist, maintain the rights to the artwork for my own personal and commercial use and to display said work on my portfolio and social media.

You do not under any circumstance have the right to reuse, edit or sample for AI purposes, claim as your own, or otherwise redistribute my artwork without receiving permission.
